Day One: Put the celery into water with food colouring! Choose your favourite colour to see what happens!!!
Day Two: The coloured water is moving up the Stem.
Day Three: 
The leaves are starting to change their colours! Now we can see red leaves and purple leaves, but it´s only the beginning, if you have got more time, you will see better results and the leaves will change colour in an amazing way!!
